Mowing Reminder


Reminder that fire mowing is required for vacant and unlandscaped lots between June 1st and June 30th

Speed Limit 25 mph


We have received complaints of vehicles speeding in our community (some in excess of 40 mph). For the safety of everyone in our community, please do not exceed the posted speed limit of 25 mph. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to ensure all visitors and workers on your property drive this speed limit too.

Fire Mowing Season is June
Fire safety mowing needs to be done between June 1st – June 30th.   After the June 30th deadline, the HOA will hire a mower and charge the lot owner $375. Please refer to the  Fire Safety Regulation/Mowing Policy (under Documents on our website) for more details.

If you need a landscaper to do the work, you are, of course, free to use anyone you choose. If you need a referral here are two license and bonded contractors, you can contact to schedule the work:
